TVS has launched new Victor. TVS revived the Victor brand after a gap of more than eight years, positioning the motorcycle between the Star City Plus and the Phoenix in their line-up. To ensure Victor’s success, TVS did a lot of homework before giving it a final shape, hence the new version is not just a reworked avatar of the previous model but it features aplenty new elements that are quite visible.
